Placing an Order

To place an order, simply add the item to your cart, choose your delivery and payment methods, fill in the recipient details, and proceed to checkout.
A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox — this serves as your purchase receipt.
After that, your order is automatically accepted and moves into the packing stage.


Delivery Timeframes

Order processing takes 1–3 business days.
Delivery via Nova Poshta usually takes 1–3 days, depending on your region.

Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track the shipment on the official Nova Poshta website or in their mobile app.


What Is a Preorder?

A preorder means the item is not currently in stock — we produce it especially for your order.
Because of this, preordered items cannot be exchanged or returned.


Changing Your Address or Delivery Details

We are not responsible for incorrect information entered during checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email, Instagram, or Telegram.
We can update the details only if the package has not yet been shipped.


How to Request a Return

You have 14 days after receiving your parcel to submit a return request.

You can do this in several ways:

  1. Through your Account
    — log in to your profile
    — open the “Returns” section
    — fill out the return request form
    — after approval, send the item back via Nova Poshta using the “Easy Return” service

Refunds are issued automatically to the same payment method within 14 banking days.


Refund Process

After we receive your return — and if the item shows no signs of wear — the refund is initiated within 3 banking days.
Funds are credited within 2 to 14 banking days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

If you paid by cash on delivery, we may request additional details such as IBAN or full name to process your refund.


Damaged Parcels & Other Issues

Please check your parcel upon delivery.
If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately and include photos — we’ll assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
swimwear, underwear, bodysuits, and pieces from charity collections where all profit is donated.


Try-On at Delivery

You can try on your order at the post office or at home, and you have 14 days to decide whether it works for you.
If it doesn’t — simply submit a return request.


Packaging

Every order is packed in a signature Otherswear box — minimal, aesthetic, gift-ready.
If you have special packaging requests, leave them in the order comments.


Cancelling or Editing an Order

You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped.
Just contact us, and we’ll process your request during working hours.

If you need to make changes to an already placed order, reach out to us — we’ll check what updates are possible.
