You can pay for your order in the way that feels most convenient for you:
Visa / Mastercard, Privat24, Apple Pay
or pay-on-delivery at any Nova Poshta branch.

Shipping

All orders across Ukraine are delivered by Nova Poshta.

At checkout, you can choose the format that suits you:
— delivery to a branch
— to a parcel locker
— courier delivery

Order processing and packing take 1–3 business days.
Delivery time is 1–3 days, depending on your region.

If you choose pay-on-delivery, the shipping cost is paid upon receiving the parcel.
For online payments, the delivery fee is added to your total order amount.

All charges follow the current Nova Poshta tariffs.

Guarantees & Responsibility

We carefully pack each order,
send parcels on time,
and always provide a correct tracking number.

However, once the parcel is handed over to the delivery service,
we cannot influence their work and are not responsible
for possible damage, loss, or mishandling by postal staff.

Please check the package condition when receiving your parcel.
If the packaging is damaged, file a written claim directly with the delivery company.
