Outerwear Care
Down Jackets
— Wash at up to 30°C using a liquid down detergent.
— Add tennis balls to the drum for even loft.
— Dry flat, gently fluffing the jacket to restore volume.
Fabric-Specific Care
Cotton
Washing
— Optimal temperature: 30–40°C.
— Whites — up to 60°C.
— Wash colors separately.
— Use gentle detergents.
Drying
— Air dry, avoiding direct sunlight.
— Tumble drying may cause slight shrinkage.
Ironing
— High heat: up to 150°C.
— Steam helps smooth out wrinkles.
— Stretch the item slightly while still damp.
Polyester
Washing
— At 30–40°C, without harsh detergents.
Drying
— Air dry or use low-spin machine drying.
Ironing
— Low temperature: up to 110°C, with a protective cloth.
Polyester dries quickly and maintains its shape well.
Linen
Washing
— At 30–40°C, by hand or on a delicate cycle.
— Use mild detergents, no bleach.
Drying
— Flatten the garment and let it air dry naturally.
— Do not overdry.
Ironing
— High heat: up to 150°C.
— Best results with steam or slight moisture.
Linen naturally wrinkles — store on hangers for a neat look.
Wool
Washing
— Hand wash or wool cycle at up to 30°C.
— Use wool-specific detergents.
— Avoid rubbing or wringing.
Drying
— Only flat drying, on a towel.
— No sun or heaters.
Ironing
— Low heat: up to 150°C, with cloth or steam.
Do not soak wool for long — it damages the fibers.
