To request an exchange, simply return the item and place a new order on our website.

Exchanges are available within 14 days after receiving your parcel.
Return shipping is paid by the sender, except in warranty cases.

Returns

You can request a return within 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your order.

Choose any convenient way:

1. Through your Account

— log in to your profile (if you registered earlier)
— open the “Returns” section
— fill out the return request form
— after confirmation, send the item back using Nova Poshta’s “Easy Return” service

Refunds are processed automatically to the same payment method
within up to 14 banking days.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it has no signs of use,
the refund process begins within 3–5 banking days.

The actual time for funds to appear depends on your bank — typically from 2 to 14 banking days.
Refunds are always issued to the same card used for the original payment.

If your payment was made via cash-on-delivery, we may request additional details:
IBAN, full name, and other required banking information.

Damaged Parcels & Other Issues

Please check your order as soon as you receive it.
If the item is damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately —
we’ll review the situation and help you as quickly as possible.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

— swimwear
— lingerie
— bodysuits
— charity items (all proceeds donated to charity funds)
